About Daily Standups
A daily standup is a short meeting (usually 15 minutes or less) where team members answer three questions:
- What did I accomplish yesterday?
- What will I work on today?
- What blockers are in my way?
Best Practice: Keep each person's update to 1-2 minutes to maintain focus and respect everyone's time.
