Running an Effective Retrospective
1. Brainstorm (5 min)
Everyone adds cards to each column silently. Focus on capturing observations, not solutions.
2. Discuss (10 min)
Vote on cards, then discuss the highest-voted items. Ask "why" to understand root causes.
3. Action Items (5 min)
Create specific, actionable improvements. Assign owners and due dates for accountability.
